Smart D'sign Embroidery

We are so happy to see you here.

Our machine embroidery designs are professionally digitised, with passion, and an eye for detail and easy use. All our designs are proudly digitised in our own design studio here in Queensland / Australia.

We have a wide range of designs from much loved ITH (in-the-hoop) projects - that suit beginners as well as advanced embroiderers - to easy and quick designs for those last minute gifts. All our ITH designs come with a detailed instruction, written in English and German.

We also offer custom digitising! If you are unable to find what you are looking for; or you'd like to have your logo or graphic digitised into an embroidery design, send us a message. We are happy to look after you and give you a professional experience.

    We are super excited to launch our new download shop, hoping to make it much easier for you to navigate through the store and accessing your purchased designs to download them onto your devices.

    Our new shop system offers the best data security, shopping experience and a nice, clean design. We wish you a great time browsing through our products. If you have any questions just send us a message to info (at) smart-dsign.com.

  • Accessing Your Purchased Designs in our old shop

    Do you have an account in our old shop? Don't worry! You can still access your purchased designs until JUNE 2024. Please ensure that you have downloaded all your designs over there as soon as possible. From July 2024 you won't be able to access those designs anymore. Just log in to your account using the link
    myfiles.smart-dsign.com
    and log in as usual to download your files before the end of June 2024.

    Are you looking to get your logo or graphic digitised? We are here to help you. Using the latest and best software in the industry - Wilcom - we deliver top quality.

    Just send us an enquiry with your design in JPG or PDF, and a short note what exactly you are looking for (size, use of the design etc). We will get back to you with a quote and an estimated turn-around. There is no hidden fees in our quotes, you pay what we have agreed to.

Welcome to our NEW website.

Smart D'sign has been on the market since 2010. We have many years of experience in professionally digitising machine embroidery designs for both the home embroiderer and businesses all around the world. Our in-the-hoop (ITH) designs all come with detailed PDF instructions written in both English and German.

We are based in Queensland / Australia.

While we are filling our new website with all the machine embroidery designs from our old shop there won't be many brand new designs unfortunately; as we focus to complete the move as fast as possible.

If you have an active customer account in our old online shop you can still access your purchased designs there.

Unfortunately we are unable to move your previously purchased designs to our new shop system. However - your purchases are not lost. You can still download them in our old shop until at least the end of 2024. We encourage you to download and save your purchased designs there as soon as possible. Your account login will still work in the old shop system until the website will go offline in early 2025.

Please follow the link myfiles.smart-dsign.com to download all the designs that you have purchased on our old website. Nothing has changed over there except that you cannot purchase any more designs there.
