Smart D'sign has been on the market since 2010. We have many years of experience in professionally digitising machine embroidery designs for both the home embroiderer and businesses all around the world. Our in-the-hoop (ITH) designs all come with detailed PDF instructions written in both English and German.

Note to our valued customers:

If you had an active customer account in our old online shop you can still access your purchased designs there. Please use the link myfiles.smart-dsign.com to login to your old customer account and access your downloads there.

Unfortunately we are unable to move your previously purchased designs to our new shop system. However - your purchases are not lost. You can still download them in our old shop until end of JUNE 2024. We encourage you to download and save your purchased designs in your old account as soon as possible and backup your files on different devices such as USB sticks, external hard drives or similar.

The old website and therefore your access to your purchased design up until September 2023 will be turned off on the the 1st July 2024, which means you won't be able to download them anymore. We also cannot send you any files from your old order history after that date, so if you miss some files you might have to purchase them again if you haven't done a backup.
