Kitty Boy and Kitty Girl are both so adorable. They come in the right size for your 12x12 cm hoop. Both are digitised as appliques with raw edges (no satin stitch), but you can just stitch them out as normal designs without using felt or other edges, by skipping the placement and tack down steps. This are single designs, which you can combine and stitch next to each other or use separately.
