This bag showcases a romantic 3D Trapunto Heart design, using embroidery foam to achieve the 3D effect in Trapunto technique.
The inside of all of these bag is fully lined and you can add inside pockets (this is optional, but the steps are included in the instruction).
The zipper will be sewn onto the bag while making the bag on your embroidery machine! No exposed edges or embroidery is visible inside, the zipper is sewn in neat and tidy.
Size 5x7 inch / 13x18 cm has a rectangle shape. All other sizes have a tapered shape to make sure the finished bag has straight sides after finishing the boxed corners. You'll need a sewing machine to sew the edges to create the boxed bottom.
The last picture shows the measurements for all the available hoop sizes.
You can use cotton (patchwork) fabrics or vinyl (faux leather, leatherette) for this bag.
The designs will fit the hoop completely which leads to the size of the finished bag (minus seam allowance and space for boxed corners of course). There are 7 different hoop sizes are available, please select the one that your embroidery machine hoop can accommodate.
With the download file you'll receive a colour chart and a step-by-step PDF instruction with lots of pictures, easy to follow. The tutorial is written in English and German.
